Eligibility

REQUIREMENTS TO COMPETE FOR MISS

Age Eligibility: The contestant's age eligibility requirements are based on a calendar year, not a pageant cycle. Contestants must be at least 17 years old on the first day of the state pageant (Oct 5th, 2024) and must not be older than 26 at the start of the STATE pageant.. A contestant may be 27 and still compete at nationals as long as she is still 26 when she wins the state title. In order to compete in the state pageant, the contestant must be:

  • A high school graduate (or equivalent)

  • A medical and legal female, never married, not a parent

  • A bonafide Alaska resident or full-time employee or student

  • A citizen of the United States of America

  • Able to compete in all areas of competition

    The national Miss Volunteer America Pageant will be held from June 15th-21st, 2025 in Jackson, Tennessee. MUST be available to compete on those dates!

    REQUIREMENTS TO COMPETE FOR TEEN

    Age eligibility: Must be at least 13 years of age and no older than 18 years of age on the first day of the State Pageant which is October 5th, 2024.

  • Must live, work, or attend school in Alaska

  • Must be a medical and legal female, never married, not a parent

  • A citizen of the United States

  • Able to compete in all areas of competition

The national Miss Teen Volunteer America Pageant will be held from March 5th-8th 2024 in Jackson, Tennessee. MUST be available to compete on those dates!

Entry Fee (non-refundable)

Miss / Teen: $600

$350 is due upfront to secure your local title, crown, and sash. The remaining $250 is due 1 month prior to pageant finals. The contestant’s entry fees will contribute to our pageant production fees and winner’s prize package!

Once your entry fee deposit is submitted, you will receive an official contestant’s profile page to complete!
